Collinite On my Z (pics)

I got around to putting a coat of Collinite #885 on my Z today. I liked my water beading results from my test so I topped my 2 layers of FMJ with it. After having done the entire car, I found that it is not as difficult to use as I had first thought. The key is to wipe it off before it fully dries and to turn the towel frequently. When I was done, the container looked unused. There is definately enough wax in the container to do 40+ cars (pretty good value for only 15 bucks a can). Also, I found the results were actually better than I expected. The product hides swirls very well and left the car resonably smooth. Here are some pics....enjoy...

Crystal Clear Reflections! Nice work.

What did you prep with before FMJ?

Is this gonna be your all winter combo?

Sean - Prepped with FPII then Finishing Touch Glaze. This is probably going to be my winter combo, but I'm sure that about half way through the winter I'll redo it all...I have a 4 car garage with plenty of space to wash and a propane heater, so I have no excuses for being lazy in the winter!

Frozen - Armor All Ultra Shine on the tires. I applied it with a tire swipe. Its actually a nice dressing, give a very black and classy look! I like the original armor all as well for a lower gloss look.
