AH SWEET!!!!! :bounce

that is one awesome car. the mystichromes also come with the color shifting leather, right? is there any special instructions on how to treat it? or do you treat is like normal leather? sorry, i'm just curious about this really gorgious and rare snake.

it's funny, i remember when the '96 mystichrome came out, and i saw one of those cobras at a car show. i must've looked weird bopping up and down just to see the colors shift. :D

Yea, the leather shifts colors as well... there are no special instructions for maintaining it. Thanks again for all the compliments.:)

SWEET MOTHER!!!! That is one of the sickest paint job's I've ever seen!:up :bow But I have a question, how the heck does the leather shift colours?!?

The seating, and the 10,2,and 6 o'clock positions on the steering wheel...

i got this from Muscle Mustang and Fast Fords: "The MystiChrome Cobra is the first production vehicle to be equipped with an interior that changes colors. Thanks to Garden State Tanning, Dupont's Chromaflair pigments were applied to the leather of SVT bucket seats, thus bringing the interior to life. Despite the difference in medium, the color is almost exactly the same inside and out."

They also applied it to the steering wheel and trim panels. the MystiChrome is one of the nicest colors to ever come on a Mustang.

i didnt even know the newer cobras came in a mystic chrome. and that leather looks bad *** any how good job

just for the 2004 cobras, and in limited numbers. ford did the same thing with the 1996 cobra, except that one was ugly IMO, green, purple, and brown were the colors i remembered. brown? yuck. and i think these MystiChrome cobras carry a premium, one of the local ford dealers had a convertible one with a sticker price of around $50,000 or so!

RB88,

Nice Coupe. In my favorite color too. I had a 2003 Redfire coupe that I sold because I wanted the Mystichrome paint real bad. it puts a smile on my face everytime time I look at her. not trying to hijack your thread here but here are some more photos of the Mystichrome paint for the Autopians viewing pleasure.

Later, 04MysticCobra.
