Coating for Cast Anodized wheels?

I am looking to ceramic coat some wheels on a motorcycle. They are Anodized Aluminum, but have a rough "cast" like finish. I was wondering if a ceramic coating such as Cquartz UK 3.0 would work on them?

If any one has any ideas as far as alternatives as far as a coating or some other protectant....I am all ears.
