I have been very pleased with this product. I have nothing bad to say about it and my quart size bottle is getting low. I am going to order a gallon(I think). I think I read that it was concentrated...is this true???

Yes! They send you a gallon container about 1/8 full, and there's a sticker right below the neck of the container where you fill water up to. I assume they do this to cut back weight for shipping.

Yes, you get a gallon container with the concentrate at the bottom. Just add distilled water.
