Hello everyone!
I am new to this forum and new to detailing in general. I just acquired a like new 2012 Golf-R in Candy White and would like to keep it as clean as possible.
I took it to the shop and had a clear bra installed, mostly full panels to make sure there are no visible lines. The Material used was 3M VentureShield. I love the way it looks and am happy that I will not end up with rock chips everywhere.
The shop owner recommended that I use 303 Aerospace to maintain and nourish the film after each wash (water or waterless). I believe in part due to heavy SPF this should help keep the film from dulling and turning yellow which are effects of the sun.
I have been told that perhaps 303 is not good for the uncovered paint as it will be streaky and simply not look good.
Can anyone recommend a solution that will help keep my bra and paint protected? I would rather not have to deal with two finishing products.
Thanks so much in advance for your help!
