Tinted windows are much easier to clean than "naked" windows (inside glass, sealed/waxed outside glass is also easy to clean so long as you don't touch it and only use soap/water from the wash)
Personally, I go through with ww mf with vinegar first. follow with dry ww. then go through with stoner's on another ww. Then go through again with a dry ww.
This is the only way I found that works. Stoner's isn't powerful enough to cut through the vinyl haze on my windows just by itself... if I try, I waste a lot of products to eliminate the insane streaking it leaves behind (streaking as a result of incomplete cleaning). And yes, I do crack my windows when I park the car in the garage.
