Cleaning plastic honeycomb grilles

I tried a search, with no luck.

I'd like to know if anyone has experience cleaning the plastic honeycomb grilles on new Fords, such as the Escape, Expedition, and F150s. Does anyone have any tips, tricks, or product suggestions? I'd rather not spend all day scrubbing out each individual hole with a MF wrapped around my finger, there has to be a better way!

Thanks in advance!

Shadowman,

That's a good question!

I got an F150 and never gave it much thought.

I generally just hosed it off. A soft bristle brush, maybe, would work. I shoot the grill afterwards with canned air to remove the H2O. I'm gonna pay a little bit more attention to it this weekend.

My solution was to get a Stull billet grill. Made a big difference in appearence and easier to clean :D
