Cleaning pads with Oxi-Clean?

OK...I know this info is somewhere but I'll ask anyway. I keep a bucket of water with Snappy Clean pad cleaner in it and when the pads get dirty, I drop them into the bucket to soak. Later I take them to the kitchen and clean them with Dawn and rinse well. I have had good success washing my micro-fiber towels in the washer with Oxi-Clean, warm water and a vinegar rinse. I am wondering if after soaking my pads in Snappy Clean could I wash them in the washing machine with Oxi-Clean on a gentle cycle?

I've recently taken to presoaking pads in MF detergent (+ a dash of Oxyclean) and then washing in machine on Delicate with MicroRestrore. Gets them very clean and gets out most residue (except for single-stage).

I've had good luck with Dawn under the sink and throwing them in the washer. I will say they don't care for the dryer much. I have a few CCS pads that took on an oval shape and are unusable thanks to the dryer getting too hot. I can't imagine the washer doing any damage..I mean look at the abuse they take being shaken to death on a DA.

I normally just washed them by hand in the sink with dawn also, but the last few times I've been tossing them into the washer after getting the majority of the product out. They dry much faster after the spin cycle and I really liked that. I don't know about you guys but I'm pretty anal about my pads just like I am about my paint towels. Well the last time I washed them in the washer I also had a couple new dark blue CG Elite towels that went in with them. Well my orange pad and my white pad are no longer orange and white, you guested it the dye really screwed up the color of them and theres no getting it out. So now I have a light blue pad and a dark orangish colored pad. It wouldn't be so bad if they were older but they were both basically new pads maybe one use on them. So from now on the pads will get a soak and a hand job in the sink. Now If I could just figure out how to get rid of the product staining.

If I'm going to have a bunch of dirty pads I drop them in a bucket of Oxyclean and water. from there they go into the washing machine with Charlie's Soap. works like a charm. No velcro peeling off, no pad disintegration, all is well.

What is "Charlies Soap" where do you get (order ) it AND...how does it differ from Oxyclean where you are using it in the dryer instead of Oxyclean?
