I have a Mytee and the lines are getting clogged up because I bought it used and there is out chemical in the hose and who know where else. what have I use to clean the machine and hose out? is the any other maintenance that I should be doing to it?

they make a system maintainer. comes in a 32 ounce bottle for about $6. you can buy it on this site. honestly, i wonder what it actually is because it looks and smells almost like plain old water. i dont know how it could be very strong but i buy it and use it often anyway. maybe every 15-20 uses. not sure if it would fix a problem that exists, you may have to call them and ask if you can use CLR or something.

Distilled White Vinegar, at Safeway for around 2-3.00/gallon works great, you have to get it into the pump, then run it through ALL your extractor tools so it helps clean them out, leave it all overnight, and then run clean water through it..
I have never purchased their system maintainer and almost a decade later with years of hard use, its still all original in there and all my tools are not clogged..

Make sure your water tank is clean and not full of dirt, then pour your chemical in there and fire it up..
Of course, it will be in the hose and hopefully, it will help clean out whatever is in there...
Good luck,
Dan F
