what product can i use to clean the green film off the gelcoat on the bottom of my ski?

Don't use abrasives, use chemicals.......
Get a product at most marine stores called ON/OFF. Follow directions carefully. Finish up with a good wash and apply your favorite sealant.

If it is really bad, you may have to use one of the marine, acid based cleaners.
Before you do that, try some "Clean Shower". The no scrub shower cleaner that you just spray on the shower after each use.
My ChrisCraft is in a lift during the season and the grunge on the bottom cleans off good with just wetting the hull down and spraying the "Clean shower" on an area. I then scrub that area with a bug sponge and rinse. What little might be left comes off with an application of Klasse AIO. A PWC ought to be a piece of cake.

yeah its on a lift all year, doesn't sit in water. It has a light green film on the hull, nothing major.
