I'm obviously posting this as an addendum to this thread:Cleaning Rear Window: What's the Worst?

No doubt about it!!!

4th Generation Camaros and Firebirds! You need long arms and strong shoulders!!! Extreme slope and DEEP dash!!!:(:(:(

Bill, its funny you mention the 4th gen's. A friend of mine had a Twin Turbo camaro that he used to bring to shows. He could never get his hands down into the lower corners of the windsheild to clean it for the show so he used to put in a new windsheild before each big show.

I didn't find the newer Civic's to be that bad Bill. I owned a 2006 Si for about 18 months. ;)

Haha... yeah, I forgot about those! I'm glad there aren't that many around any more!

I used to call those the "Dustbuster" vans!

I got one of those reaching tools and they are great. There are some dashboards that come up too close to the glass in places to use it, though. My old Benz has such a place - I always do that first with a MF cloth and cleaner, then go on to the rest. But this windscreen is short compared to the GM models noted earlier. Yeesh that's a lot of glass. :scared:
