I believe the directions call for using a paper towel to remove any hazing that may occur. I would do just that and use light pressure not a hard wipe down that may remove some of the newly applied treatment. I also have to think that is you waited a brief time period 30 minutes to an hour to make sure the aquapel has absolutley bonded to the glass that there would be little to no ill effects of using a mild glass cleaner or ipa to clean that haze off.
