Is there are proven way to repair cigarette burns in cloth seats? Without having to replace the material. Got a email today ftom someone inquiring about this. I personally don't think so but maybe you folks might know.

Is the person selling or trading the car in?

You could try dyeing the areas if there is no hole. MARS international does interior repair work. Contact a local automobile upholster for suggestions.
