Would there be any way to make a cigar burn look alittle better. It is on a tan A pillar, how would you go about getting the black crap off?

While this isn't really the information you were looking for, it is a suggestion.
Replace the "A" pillar. Either used or new. The cost might be less than you think. Might be more than I think, too.
Otherwise, you might be able to lightly sand some of the burned plastic off. Some interior paint might work, too.

its not my car it is a customers. He just wants it to look alittle better. But it isn't plastic that got burned it is a fuzzy surface.
