Chrome lettering in PSP7?

Anybody know how to create some nice chrome letters in Paintshop pro 7? I have searched many tutorials but nothing comes out looking very reflective. I dont want to buy photoshop, which seems to be the best one out there for what I am trying to do.

I will probably in the end do just that. But seeing that I already have the full version of PSP7 I thought there has to be a way to do it with that.
