theres quite a few what looks like rock chips. Some are very very small, but some are pretty visible. im brand new here, could someone help me out with how to help this? Picture will come in a few minutes.

Chips drive me insane and I really don't know of a fool proof way to get rid of them. (Other than repainting)
I have tried the touch-up paint/wet sanding procedure and the touch-up paint/Langka system and of the two, I have had the best luck with the Langka.
Even then, it has been a mixed bag. Sometimes you can't even see the repair. Other times it isn't too good. I'm sure it is a matter of skill and I haven't really developed that skill.
One nice thing about the Langka system, if you aren't happy with how the repair looks, you can wipe all the touch-up paint out of the chip and try again.
