Will not go into a long diatribe but the bottom line is do not purchase their water containment mat as in my opinion the quality is sub-standard and the return/exchange policy is a nightmare.

Did a chargeback on my CC in the end , hopefully this will save someone else some grief that I experienced which is too bad as I have had a good relationship with CG in the past and some of their products I am very fond of.

Instead of something long and drawn out, that you're trying to avoid, how about a few bullet points of why it was a poor solution?

Never got around to it because my shop has a floor drain, but thought this thru and decided I could buy heavy duty pond liners online and using 2X lumber or the like, build my own for much less $

Sorry for your experience Bob. IMO if Bob aka the godfather of gloss says its not right, no need to worry about it, just look for a different option.

I've seen several others complain about this product too on various forums and Facebook. Sucks to hear though Bob. :(

Sorry to hear Bob. This isn't the first time someone has mentioned failure from these mats. Lets hope they fix them.

I purchased another Rightlook mat, I had one before but the berms finally wore out and the CG mat when the berms were inflated held more water so I did not have to drain the water during the wash (So the water runoff police do not get bent) the original lasted a longtime however and is much thicker , it's a must as you never know when a jealous competitor might turn you in to jam you up even though you are compliant and nothing happens....... Just be vigilant and play the game and have your ducks on a row.

I'm interested in purchasing the Rightlook mat as well... When you say the berms wore out, what exactly happened? I'm assuming it wasn't just a simple fix like replacing the foam with newer uncompressed noodles correct? Thanks in advance
