Has anyone ever been able to make contact with company??? (chemicalguys.com)



I have been trying to call them for 2 days but they never seem to answer. I have left messages because I had a few questions on some products.



Just wondering what other forum members experiences have been when ordering??

Pats300ZX:I've always enjoyed talking with Paul. I try to touch base with him atleast once a month......even if it's just to say "hi". He's a young entrepeneur with plenty of passion & plenty of info to share. He's quite funny as well.

I'm having probs with CG customer service, too. I placed a phone order with CG on Mon Jul 02, 2007. My CC was changed the same day. But, now I can't get any response from CG. I've called 3 times. I've emailed 3 times trying to get a status on my order. Nothing. No callbacks. No replies to emails. My calls and emails are polite and non-cussing.



Given that a week has passed and I can't even get a reply, let alone have not recieved my order is making me question wether I want to order from them again.



While I don't expect overnight delivery, I *DO* expect a callback/ reply from customer service when a company has received payment for a service or product.



First impressions leave lasting impressions. So far, I am less than impressed.

Deli, perhaps you should call Paul at the number above for a quick resolution. And your credit card is never charged unless they ship, they just reserve the funds.
 
Well, I was waiting for the Pacific time to catch up to a reasonable Eastern time to call. And then... 'ding-dong' - my box was delivered. So, while I am happy that I have my order, I'm still disappointed that I couldn't get a reply about my order....
 
I find that sometimes the shipping confirmations hit the inboxes late. For example, I recently placed an order and when I got the email saying that my box had shipping and I checked the tracking number, it was due for delivery the next day!
