Ha ha - the wheels are chrome plated and merely dirty. You could make them look just as good with a glass cleaner like windex.

What forrest said. I want to see a polish for coated aluminum, that some idiot has stained with hydrofloric acid. I would buy a 55 gallon drum if it worked easy on and off by HAND lol.
