anyone have any luck advertising at car shows? I was thinking of two possibilities:

1 everyone there takes care of their own car making it a waste of your day to advertise there



or



2 you pick up some really easy to care for cars, as well as those looking for a detailer by chance



what are your takes on it? Did it work for you, or do you get more people from random parking lot advertising/drive by advertising?
 
I usually walk around talking to people about their whips and then drop a card. i then invite them to look at my non-enetered car in the parking lot. i don't have an awesome car, but it's well taken care of and I've gotten several clients who thought they were doing a good job.
