I've always though owning a parking garage in a city is the perfect business. You've got very little overhead, no real tenants to deal with, you'll only need a guy or two on staff for when the automated entry/exit machines break down, and you can sell it when a developer wants to build something new. Whats not to love?

I've been to many C&Cs at the minneapolis motorplex and done a few cars there.
They start at low as $80K bare bones. There are several that are second homes: pool tables, gyms, bars, lounge, big screens, and I'm sure many are well into the 7 figures with finishes.
There are some pretty spectacular cars to be seen.

It's really hard for me to wrap my head around having that kind of money lol. There was a thread on SVTPerformance awhile ago about a guy involved in this I think in the Detroit area and the place was just loaded with Ford GT's. I'll have to see if I can find it. Pretty awesome clubhouse for the wealthy

The general idea: a reasonably sized garage where people can store their cars, have a drink, watch a race or a game, hide from their wife, etc. At least half dedicated to Ford GT (greatest car ever built :-D ) and all the GT stuff I've accrued in the 8 years after I started fordgtforum.com.
At the start. Sat empty for 7-8 years. Had some small boats being store in it by the prior owner.

Getting there. New ductwork, new lights, offices, bar/kitchen going in, painted.
