I drove through a construction zone yesterday, and today when I washed my car, I noticed these black spots on the hood and front bumper. I'm not really sure what it is. They kind of look like tar. They're black, slightly raised and I can't get them off. I've tried bug & tar remover, clay, paint cleaner, etc. I can't even use my finger nail to get them off. They are stuck on there good. Also, I do all of my detailing by hand, so I don't have a buffer or anything like that. Any ideas on what this might be or how I might be able to get it off? It's looking like I'll have to take it to a professional to get them removed but would like to avoid that if possible. Any feedback would be greatly appreciated.
