I had an order from "CarCareSmart" of Burnaby BC <www.carcaresmart.com> and wanted to put in a plug for the great service I received from Alex and the staff.
Two pads that I purchased came apart after the first use and after contacting them, I received two replacement, very quickly, at no cost to me.
Up here in the frozen north, we don't have 'easy' access to all the great suppliers that our friends down south have, so I just had to put in a good word for these guys.
