Can you use ONR on CQuartz UK?

I'm considering doing a coating (which is new to me), and was going to try the CQuartz UK.  I've always been a big ONR fan and use it all the time.  Is ONR compatible with CQuartz UK?

Are there any QD products that are ok to use on CQuartz UK (since Car-Pro doesn't have one specifically for using as a QD)?

Supposedly the polymers in ONR affect UK's coating characteristics. It won't "hurt" the coating, but it affects the coatings beading, etc. I have UK on my vehicles and love the look over Gloss Coat hands down. Most with UK now use RESET to wash. CarPro needs a rinseless wash that leaves nothing behind to complement the coatings.

^^^  This is my understanding too.  Sticking with a neutral shampoo that doesn't leave anything behind is the best choice, per the product's creator.

Agreed, go with Meg's D114 Rinse Free Wash.  Leaves nothing behind.  Wolf's Rinseless was good like that too but not as easy to get now.

Corey from CarPro confirmed that ONR does leave a layer behind.  Reset can be used to remove that layer(s), so ONR isn't "wrong" to use, it just hides the full effect of the coating's appearance...but reset gets everything back to normal again.

Bought and used recently Megs #114. Does not affect lsp's per Mequiar's TS. No problems to-date on my families cars (1 has DG coating, 1 has Z-2, 1 has P21S).

Only downside to 114 is its only avail in 1 gallon at about $35-40. But if your looking for RW compatibility it maybe the only viable solution.
