Can you top UPP with Souveran paste?

Just curious if UPP would be a good replacement for SG in the AIO + SG + Souveran combo... Reason being if I have problems with the SG or if the UPP just plain looks better on black with AIO as a base and then topped with Souveran.



I really like what I've read about UPP and want to know how to work it in with what I have in my arsenal: Clay magic, SSR1, AIO, SG, Souveran paste, Sonus QD, Crystal Mist QD...

I wouldn't top UPP with Souveran or anything else for that matter. UPP is the slickest stuff I have used and topping it just makes the paint as slick as the topper and I doubt that what you top it with will be as slick as UPP.



Also IMO UPP looks like SG topped with a carnuba. AIO and 3 or 4 layers of UPP looks awesome.

I just recenty topped uppx4 with s/100x2 on a chevy light metallic pewter. I gained some depth and it really brought the metallic out, but i did lose some of the slickness. Overall im glad i did it, i really like the look better than just the upp on this paint.
