is it possible to have a car sanded down to the factory paint coat and then recoated with a clear coat? someone asked me on a different thread if i had orange peel. i didnt know what it was so i looked it up. and now it bugs the heck out of me. id like to wet sand my car but i have read its not a good idea on factory paint.
