Can Menzerna twins remove these swirls??

I bought a brand new MDX back in January 31. I washed it every week and about a month ago I notice these swirls while I was washing. I don't have time to take pics until today so I'm not sure if it gone worse. It's more worse when you look under the sun but I've tried my best to take the pics indoor. Also, my wife some how created some light scratches on the hatch (it's more obvious, you can see it when you stand right beside it). My question is, can Menzerna twins remove those swirls or do I need something more agressive like DACP?? For the light scratches, do I have to wet sand it etc, etc?? I'll use the yellow pad for IP and orange pad for FP if you wanna know. This is a pic of the scratch.

Second shot of the scratch. Notice the lines in the middle?? This is a bad one, sorry.

Are you using a CWB? Read somewhere else that the Honda/Acura products suffer from soft paint.

I do use a CWB but instead of causing swirls, I think it's cause hair line scratches :nixweiss

There are three Menzerna Polishes. The most aggressive is Menzerna Power Gloss. The intermediate is Menzerna Intensive. On my new Porsche, I had to use all three of the Menzerna Polishes in order to take care of the swirl marks and water spots that came with the new car. Use an orange pad with the Power Gloss.

C=MDX .. you might want to check your washing/ drying protocol ... My black VW doesn't have anywhere near that swirling and our roads with the sand/salt/chemicals up here in the Kootenays is horrid compared to down in the *Slower* Mainland ). Also there is a chance those were dealer swirls and the fillers in what they polished it out with have left.
