Dec 28, 2005 #2 R RAG New member I assume you dabbed touch-up paint into the chips. If you so..."yes," you can sand the blobs down to be flush and then buff out to resore gloss. It's a good sign that your touch-up paint is there to stay since it's already been there a year.
