Calendar Suggestios for Scheduling?

I've been doing this by hand...

Seems the computer could do it better.

I don't use MS Outlook, BTW.



I do use Quickbooks Basic for invoicing. I'd love to find something that would:



Schedule several appointments per day

Create a Vehicle Check-in Sheet

Create an Invoice

Create a mailing list

...and probably more.



Any suggestions will be appreciated !

I just keep outlook and quickbooks open, and bounce between the two. I am sure that there are programs out there, but i do not know off hand any that can doo all of what you want. This may be something that you will need to hire a software company to create your personal POS software. That is what most companies eventually break down and do.

You PM'd me about the Access database that I mentioned creating a while back. Do you have Access? If so, what version? If you do perhaps we could work on creating something together.
