buffer/polisher for new guy?

im trying to find a good buffer/polisher that i can use for both buffing and polishing. im not exactly sure what im looking for and was hoping someone could help me out. also, if it is possible, one under 100 bux?

any help would be appreciated!

Most people here would recommend the Porter Cable 7424/7336 as a good buffer/polisher for beginners.



The machine cost about $100, but then you'll need to buy some good foam pads.
