Bring the Black Back

Does anyone have any experience with Solution Finish bring the black back ? I've watched the youtube video and the results on exterior trim. I was curious if this could be used to restore faded dash covers.Need to treat a late model GM pad that is turning brown over the speedo. It's a 2002 firebird ragtop garage queen that only has 18,000 miles. I would be grateful for any feedback.
 
I've not heard of / used Solution Finish, but have had good results with this product-
