Nope, this is legit. One of the employees cut off her finger with a meat slicer and didn't tell anyone. There's a pic for your enjoyment here:

What I want to know is how does one slice off their finger and not tell anyone about it? A lobbed off finger will bleed quite a bit and there will be a gratouitis amount of pain....it would be quite the feat to play off a missing digit!
