Bought a G110 kit, what else do I need??

Hey guys, another Noob here!



I just picked up a G110 and some other stuff in a kit from Auto Detail Solutions.



Meguiar's G110 Dual-Action Polisher Speed Kit



Basically the kit consists of the following:

-G110 D/A polisher

Meguiar’s - #80 speed glaze

-Mequiar’s - #205 ultra finishing polish

-Meguiar’s - Soft Buff 2.0 polishing pads

-Clay bar

-NXT Tech Wax 2.0



Ok, here’s my question:

What other products and/or pads do I need to get that deep high gloss finish?



This is for personal use on my 2007 True Red Mazdaspeed 3.

It's not in need of any major paint correction but there are a few light surface scratches here and there. I think a brush from a coin-op car wash has been used on this car in the past. Oh and the usual fingernail scratches around the door handles… again, nothing serious.

you shouldn't "Need" anything else. The kit can do it all just how it is. Grant it I wouldn't consider it an end all be all list of products but it's good eough to get you a nice glossy finish on a well maintained vehicle.

BigAl is right.



You also might consider picking up some 4" pads and a BP too. (before Accumulator says it).
