This has been discussed before and I did a search and am still looking for some information.
1. Poorboy usually recommends 3 parts BnB to 1 part of water when he mentions dilution.
2. Several others mention a 50:50 mix.
3. I have always used it straight.
4. Obviously, it seems to work for all of us.
5. My use is on tires and I don't want a shiny look.
5a. I use it at every wash.
5b. I don't use any other tire cleaner. The BnB both cleans and dresses for me.
5c. I spray it on, brush it just as I would an APC, then wipe it off with an old terry towel.
5d. I don't let it dwell for more than a minute or two, just spray it, brush it, wipe it.
This system has worked for me for some time and I hesitate to start diluting the product and find I have changed the results and I am no longer happy with those results.
My main reason for even considering diluting the BnB is cost. I'm somewhat of a cheapskate and don't want to spend more than is necessary, but.....
I definitely want to spend whatever is necessary to get results.
