Okay so after so many different combinations of pads and chemicals, I figured out it was MY TOWEL, apparently my stupid self decided to dry it one time in a very hot dryer causing damage to the microfiber and ended up with even the slightest touch causing marring in my paint when attempting an IPA wipe down. So I went out and bought a couple of Griots Garage plush microfibers, did a test spot with polish on a white pad, performed the IPA wipe down with the Griots microfiber and there were no signs of marring!
