Blackfire on silver (pics)

Todd@RUPES

Just a regular guy
Here is a couple I snapped on a '67 Vette roadster I was working on. Obviously pictures never tell the story. I haven't been documenting a lot of work on cars recently, but this car looked so good that I couldn't help but dust off my camera.

Hey Todd.... Now that's my kinda car!!!!:D:D:D (as you well know!!!)

That car looks WET!!!!!!!:thumbup::thumbup::thumbup:

I'm doing a couple Vettes this week. I'll be sure to post pictures. You knew I would!

Todd, you make me wish I had my silver car again. It wasn't a Vette but it looked great after a detail. Nice work. But, next time dry the car off before you take the pictures. :D:D

Wow!! That Vette looks incredible!!! The BF really brings out the extreme gloss from the silver paint!!! Me like!!!!!!!! :notworthy:

i've always used only zaino on my vette but those pics are giving me second thoughts about blackfire. i use bf on the wifes bmw and it does turn heads for sure. that vette is shweeeeeet!!!!!!

Man - who needs ****** when you see a car like that!

didn't know that a certain well known, heavily advertised med for guys that need a little "pick me up" was on the "seven words you can't say" list

great job.

Thanks!

Silver and Blackfire = A Awesome wet look! Thanks Todd for sharing it with us!

Thanks Angelo!

Sweet, did you post them yet?

LOL, thanks bio. Next time I'll dry it off :D

That's a beautiful car. Nice work Todd.

Thanks buddy!

Hey Todd, this is obviously base/clear paint. (I've never seen single stage shine like that!!! LOL...:)

What was your process?

Thanks! Prototype polish followed by Blackfire Gloss Enhancing Polish followed by 1 coat of Wet Diamond Sealant.

Looks great. Best silver paint I've ever seen!

Thanks buddy!

Thanks GLFAHLC (why can't you make your name easier to type?!)!

That's not silver, it's metallic chrome!!

Thanks Fermani!

Wow! You are getting pretty good with PS. :D

Thanks Eric. Why detail when you can photoshop, best way to earn clients!

Nice, what did you use on the chrome?

Chrome was treated the same as the paint, but I used Blackfire All Metal Sealant on it instead.

LOL then LOL.... I didn't know ****** was on that list either, but with guys like you around, I'm glad it is...

Very nice but not nearly as good an advertisement for Blackfire as my work...

Why you ask...

Well, we all know that Todd is a great pro, he'd get Turtle Wax to look good on a rust bucket. I, on the other hand, can make a brand new Lambo look bad, however, with Wet Diamond, even I get great results! LOL

Nice work! :p
