BLACKFIRE Interior Protectant features a formula that can be altered in application to give you four looks, ranging from a dark, natural finish, to a rich semi-gloss look.
From least to most shinny:
Dark, Natural Finish- Apply Interior Protectant with a microfiber applictor, working into the surface. Allow it to set for approximately 1 minute, then mist the surface with water and wipe dry with a microfiber cloth.
Dark, Satin Finish- Apply Interior Protectant with a microfiber applicator, working into the surface. Allow it to set for approximately 1 minute, then buff with a microfiber cloth.
Dark, Rich Finish- Apply Interior Protectant with a microfiber applicator, working into the surface.
Dark, Semi-Gloss Finish- Apply Interior Protectant with a microfiber applicator, working into the surface. Allow it to set between 3 to 5 minutes, then apply a second coat.
In pictures: To demonsrate the effects of the different application methods and their outcome I applied Interior Protectant using the methods above on my car.
First I cleaned the dash with BLACKFIRE Interior Cleaner.
Then I taped off for seperate sections.
I applied Interior Protectant, according to the directions above, working from right to left (natural finish on the right, glossiest finish on the left).
The results (or different looks) are more dramatic in person due to the camera's metering system. However a different look can be discerned from each picture. From most to least shiny.
