Black Yukon XL makeover and photoshoot

I know we can only post pictures of our own vehicles but I'm proud of this one and wanted to share. It's a neighbors black 2002 Yukon XL and I've got permission to post up pictures. I know my word is hard to take but I'm going to push a button or two and see what happens

Not the best of the bunch but not the worst either. Heavily swirled, loads of contamination, lots of light surface scratches...It stays fairly clean but never gets "maintained" so it needed some work. I've never had a black vehicle come out this good

Megs GC wash
Simple Green 4:1 on tires, wells, rockers...
Megs Mirror Glaze clay, Lacquer Thinner to remove other bonded contaminates
Presta Ultra Cutting Creme Light via green Edge pad at 1600 rpm's
3M Perfect-It Ultrafina SE via blue Edge pad at 1400 rpm's
Klasse AIO on wheels, windows, window trim, front clip, door handles (to clean 'em up a bit
P&S Ultracoat Wax X1 by hand
P&S Shine-All in wells, various trim pieces, Wipe N Shine on Tires
Presta Spray N Shine for final wipe

Looks very good. I had a rash of black vehicles one week. I hated it...lol

2 black Yukons, a Burbon, Merc., etc...and they were are horribly swirled...go figure...
