Black WOW Anyone use it

Wow is right @ $24.95 for 4oz.
It better only require a small amount and last a while.

Should I order some and do a review on it.
OH wait what if I don't like it and I post that then I will be banned :wall

Oh no this is DC and :dcrules :D

I use both Black Wow and Poorboys Trim Restore. I prefer the look, ease of use and cost of the trim restore, even though I may have to use several coats sometimes. The BW works well also, but for me TR works better. I didn't notice much difference in durability from either one. Trim Restore will sometimes streak if you don't buff it or wash the car after you apply it.

I recently used it on a 94 Explorer. The gray plastic cladding at the bottom of the car was faded very badly, white in some areas. Black Wow restored it completely and I was very pleased with the outcome. That was one week ago so I cannot testify as to the durability.

I just saw this posted on a BMW forum and for the cost its seem expensive, but if it works on some applications then it might be worth it.

In reading about it, its not the same as TR from what I gather...its a gel based product non-silicon or oil ...I would like to try it but at 25 bucks for 4 oz that's some serious dosh for just a look see IMO

I agree w/Beemerboy, the entry fee (product cost + s/h) is a bit much, but if it works as well as the video shows, it could be worth it. I still haven't tried the Mother's product, Back to Black. So for now, I'll pass.

I've used Mother B to B and its OK...but not a long lasting product...I used it on rubber back in the day...on plastic trim it might be better

The target material is plastic/vinyl, black in color, bumper covers of a '96 Volvo 850.

I am going to try the 50/50 alcohol/distilled water wipe down after cleaning prior to treatment.

Buff it after and let set then apply another coat...Stoners Trim Shine is another that would come to mind for something like that

I use both Black Wow and Poorboys trim restore and I like the poorboys better, but the best thing that I've used on black trim so far is Souveran paste wax. Looks great, doesn't run and lasts as long as anything else I've tried.

Supposedly a very small amount goes a long way. It should be very cost efficient per application.

This stuff needs to be used VERY VERY sparingly. A dot on your applicator/towel about the size of a grain of rice will do half of your window trim at the bottom of your windshield. (The name of the actual piece is eluding me at 8 AM).
