Black Tundra Detail....

My buddy has a black tundra. It is in fair shape. He clays it once a year and uses Meguairs Cleaner then wax every 4 months or so. I hate the look it gives his car, very streaky no matter how long he waits or if he uses a buffer or not. I have liquid glass he could try that might look nicer and I also have some z5 we can use. What do you all recommend for the perfect black shine that sits out doors all day long and all night long in Florida.

I have a black Escort, and I've found that either S100 or Meguiar's #16 both look nice on it. Very reflective. These are both "beauty waxes" though, so if the paint isn't well prepped, I don't know how good the vehicle will look. If you're looking for something "off the shelf" that "cleans and protects," like the Meguiar's cleaner wax, you might want to look at Eagle One Wet polish (liquid). Although this one doesn't seem to garner favor with most Autopians, and it promotes Teflon fortification, I've used it in the past and it worked well on a couple of red cars, and a few white ones. No streaking. Don't forget to post a reply on your choice and how well it worked (or didn't).
