Black Label v1+ Black Hole + Midnight Sun

I think this is one of the first full posts of my personal ride.

About two months ago I polished away the remnants of the terrible haze the body shop left my car in post repair. Sorry no before/after pics of that but it wasn't pretty.

After

Car was then coated with pbl v1, twice.

I recently got a chance to do a parade lap at COTA the first weekend in December so I decided to rw my car the night before and ended up seeing a little bit of micro marring in the coating on my trunk lid..so I put some black hole on it and it was gone (covered). One thing led to another and I ended up glazing the whole car with black hole. Then I had not used my new midnight sun pot, so I figured why not?

I see the coating on my car as just an extra layer of clear coat essentially. It's a 2009 and I had to fix a lot of damage I caused before I had a clue about proper car care and I'm the kind of guy who will get bored and wax my car in the garage instead of watching a tv show.

I'm not looking for a debate on why I glazed or waxed a coating, I feel my explanation has already been made clear.

Anyways here are some semi sunny 10 am pics I am finally posting from that morning...

Anytime my car sees a track, nothing goes on the tires

The COTA pic, of course

COTA! oh man am I jealous. I have never been on a track in anyway its on my bucket list to get out on a road track. Love the car looks awesome!

That paint looks wet! And I'm with you, watching a few minutes of any car show just gives me the itch to cross something else off my car/motorcycle to-do list (especially before being bombarded with commercials and ads). How'd you do at COTA? I hope to finally make it out there this next year to watch a MotoGP race live - it's on my bucket list.

Just 5 parade laps. Cruising speeds but we broke on certain turns and you could open it up some. I hit 100 a few times on straights but nothing crazy on turns. SRT or not is a freakin boat anyways and my hotchkis sway bars are on backorder from cyber monday.

He was doing the drivers edge but COTA is an advanced/ expert level track so one would have to race other tracks first to be allowe on COTA he said.

These are all i could snap while driving

In the pits they had the drivers names on plaques for each pit bay area, it was nice to look at

And Ray I live 15 minutes from COTA so if you ever make it down here let me know. My friend goes to MotoGP every year. F1 is a little too expensive for my taste though. My bucket list f1 is monaco, might as well set it high.

I will probably never be in this area at an event so I had to take a self tour.

Fantastic work,car looks smooth.
Thank you. I find it a little grabby with almost every towel i have when using Bf rw qd dilution.
The ms was grabby on wipeup. Its slick to the touch though..its actually wet ice over fire (over pbl) on the roof only.
Very nice !!! Love the last pic !!!
Me too! I was That guy holding up the line..had to
oooh looks good. Its the Midnight Sun that makes it look so good ;)
Black hole really adds a nice depth in between the 2 layers of pbl (v1) and MS
