I never would of thought keeping a black interior clean would be so hard! my main promblem is oily smudges on the seats from fingerprints etc... and whenever in the daylight my black leather seats look like crap! they look so dull! u used the zaino leather products but it doesnt bring them back to life! what can i do? plz help :sadpace:

In 1997 I attended a leather workshop at that year's national Rolls-Royce meet and was told by the guy conducting the workshop, who does six figure restorations, to NEVER use Lexol because it contains silicone. He even had a sign in his stop saying any employee who brought a silicone product into his shop would be fired. He now owns a Bentley dealership and still observes the same rule.

I have learned my lesson with such products and want nothing to do with them.

I forgot to mention, I have been assured 303 does not contain silicone. I know it is good at providing UV protection.

I've been using the lexus "brand" leather cleaner and then dressing my leather with OPP/Optimum leather protectant.

I have dark black coated leather and it looks great!

the wolfgang leather conditioner/cleaner its wonderful stuff. I really like it.

I really like the Pinnacle leather cleaner/conditioner. I imagine they perform similarly since they're both PBMA products.

Wow, this guy is a genius. Does he know that the coating applied to the leather has silicone in it?
