I had used Black Hole about a month ago and forgot to post my question.
I applied it using a DA (UDM 1.0) using a black CCS pad. The problem I had was that it would dry very quickly (in garage, 80's) after a couple passes at low speed (speed 2 max) and just enough pressure to hold flat against the paint. It would be hard to buff off.
I applied a bit more so it would stay way but then I felt I was am over applying. I was using a 2x2 work area or so or whatever it took to spread evenly on the paint. I had primed the pad some but tried to back down on the amount but when I used less I got the drying problem.
Do you apply it just to cover the paint - maybe two passes: horizontal and vertical?
I ended up doing it by hand.
