I was looking at some of the ads this weekend and noticed both Lowe's and Home Depot will have the Werner 20-in platform on sale for $17. I already have one but maybe pick up a second one.
 
Everyone, you need to buy one of these. I would get one if they were a hundred bucks. They are indispensable if you are detailing an SUV. They are also very sturdy. Don't pass this up!
 
Im looking for a pressure washer, the platform looks useful. Wish it were a little taller as it would also be useful for painting rooms as well. Seems a little short for that.
 
Griots makes a taller platform with adjustable legs . It definitely is a lot more then $17.00. I bought my Werner platform on a Black Friday deal about three years ago but eventually I will get something like the Griots.
 
Guess I need to figure out how I can get one this year. Last year they were sold out by the time I got there.
 
If I get another one and stack on top of the one I have now, I'll be able to reach my roof!

I love mine and was just commenting to my wife the other day that I plan to get another one if they go on sale again this year. Thanks for the heads up, Al. Having one for each side of a vehicle will make things much easier.

I could see also putting them inline so you do not need to worry about standing near the end.
 
If I had space to store them and did a higher volume I would have 5; two for each side and one for the back. Would never have to step down.
 
Do you have a link showing model, price, and dates? From past Black Friday experience at these 2 stores, they often have to be shown that certain things should be on sale.

Are you referring to the platform?
 
If you go to a black friday ad web site, you can clearly see the Werner platform in the flyers. One should always have a flyer with them.
