I'd just treat it like any other color (clearcoat is clearcoat and these days most stuff has b/c paint). I would consider Souveran for the LSP and I wouldn't do any QDing/etc. between washes as any light marring will be very visible.
I'd base my prep products (i.e., polishes) on the hardness of the clear and the severity of the marring that needs removed.
Since black is unforgiving, I'd use stuff that's fairly user-friendly (since you might be working on it for a while). But than I do that anyhow

If I have to use my rotary to buff out nasty scratches I use a wool finish pad to cut.... won't swirl paint as easily. i use menzerna final polish II to polish followed by menzerna FMJ for a sealant..... the final result is amazing.
