Black 540 BMW

The 540 was topped off with Liquid Souveran.....I was going to quit there but then I layed down some Trade Secret on top of the LS

Awesome job!!! I'm liking that last shot! That'll make a perfect business card or flyer photo.:xyxthumbs

Tell ya what, I'll let you use it...............for a "small" monthly fee!:D

Thanks!

Anthony

Anthony,

Thanks for showing the before pic so we really can appreciate your work! :xyxthumbs

That style of the 5 series was one of my favorite cars period! You really made it look like it should: wet, shiny and FAST! :bow :bow

Keep up the great work Anthony!

Cheers,

Great work as always Anthony! I guess you notice as you remove the swirls and scratches, the car gets progressively blacker. LS + TS looks to be a very wet combination! :up

I can't say "Amen" or "Ditto" enough. BMW, please don't ruin the 3-series.

Anthony, the most amazing thing about this job is that you took a before picture of a clean car. Hat is off to you.

1 Clean,

Thanks:) .....I think the "For Sale" sign is kinda tacky in the window BUT I am just a detailer, what do I know, eh? I think he is asking $40,000.00 and it has just a little over 18,000 miles and super clean interior......cept I believe it has been repainted in the hood area and the sad deal is that the dealer made no disclosure:angry

AMP,

Hey I really appreciate the comments....I regard your opinion highly:wavey I also love the lines of this style 5 series......not really sure of the new 6 series:nixweiss Looks like a Toyota!

Scott,

Yes it did get blacker which is then really darkened by the AIO. I wanted to try the FTG instead of the AIO but in case it did not work out well with a carnauba topper I would not have time to fix it so I went with what I knew to be a good combo.

I am going to use Waxing Frenzy on a car this week then top that with TS and see how that looks just for kicks. I will then also try out the FTG and AIO....AIO first then FTG.......I wonder if that will be too much ?

thinksnow,

Thank you, I appreciate the kind words:xyxthumbs

I haven't been around here in a while. I always use Souveran on my black 911. What is "TS" that you topped the Souveran with?

Your car looks great.

Never mind, I read your post again. It is "Trade Secret". I've never heard of that before. Can you tell me why you decided to do that, I've never heard of anyone topping Souveran?

"TS" is Trade Secret, a carnauba paste wax put out by Top of the Line. Since you like Porsches I have on this board a yellow GT3 you might enjoy looking at also......awesome car!

Thanks for the compliment,

Anthony

Hey we are playing "post tag".....hee hee

The Souveran I topped with TS is not the paste Souveran but rather the Liquid Souveran. TS adds depth to the LS, where the LS brings out the metallic, the TS adds more warmth to the finish.

Hope that makes sense:nixweiss

Where do you purchase your Trade Secret from? I think I'm going to order some. My wife has a new 350Z in Redline. Very similar to Guards Red. I might try it on that. Have you ever used it on red?
