Big Tires, Tire Wet

Well i think the time has come to get rid of my beloved Firebird and get something bigger. Im trying to get a 1999-2000 Jeep Grand Cherokee. I started thinking today how am I going to afford to put Wolfgang on my Cherokee tires all the time? So I decided to ask others what they use for larger tires. Keep in mind I really love the look of Wolfgang. How much more gel am I actually going to be using if i continue to use it.

I love the Wolfgang gel too.

Just buy a 64oz jug of it while the flat rate shipping and 15% sale is going on. I did! :woot:

Right there with ya White95Max! Buy in bulk on Sale! I, too, like the look of the WG on tires, but I've recently switched to the Zaino Z16. It has great viscosity allowing for the ever popular "less is more" application. 2 coats gives a great look and seems to outlast everything I've used previously. However.......When I find products that give me the results I'm looking for, I eat 1 or 2 less Papa Johns pizzas a week!! After all......I am an "Autopian"!! lol

How glossy? Here's what the WG gel looks like on tires...

It produces just the look I want.

I have been using the TireWet... It looks good, but slings like a mo-fo... I need something better. Maybe WG or Mothers Endurance...???

I have tried tons upon tires of tire wets and so far Wolfgang is my favorite. It gives it a nice rich dark black look without being OVERLY shiny, yet still shiny enough. I think its the best of both worlds. I only wish the price wasnt so high. Maybe I will pick up the 64 oz...its worth it because it lasts a very long time.

I didn't really need 64oz of the stuff, so I'm splitting the cost of the jug with Pigeonbus, since he lives less than 15min away.

They have flat rate shipping right now, so after I compared the total price of the 16oz vs. 64oz (after splitting in half), 1/2 of the 64oz jug would be cheaper than buying the 16oz. That's all I needed to see! :)
