BF MS over BFWD & other Beading: Impressed

Drove 2300 miles or so to Detail Fest, after putting Midnight Sun over BFWD. I'm pretty impressed with the BF combo. While its not the newest product - its extremely good. It looks great & feels slick. But, it's been raining, car is dirty and beading is quite good - as is hydrophobicity.

This combo exceeded my expectations & I like it better than the $300 + tub of Swissvax Best of Show I was using previously. I think it looks better, beads better, is slicker, and seems more durable.

DLux on wiper arms, wipers, and cowl. Installed last summer - beads like day 1.

Managed to get the car cleaned up and apply another coat of MS. Use BF for the tire dressing as well.

Exhaust tips were filthy after 2300 total miles - over 1,000 of them in rain. Cleaned the tips with P21S Polishing Soap. That stuff is amazing. Sorry, no B4s - but they were bad.

Spent a lot of time cleaning the wheels, tires, wells, barrels, and rotor hats. I used a slew of chemicals, including Wheel Bright on the rotor hats, 1Z Color Tec on the Wheels, Tuff Shine Tire Cleaner on the tires, Grime Reaper on the wheel wells, and some 1Z Bug & Tar on some tar spots on the wheels. Again, no before pictures - but you can imagine they were pretty dirty.

I used the Daytona full size & Jr brushes, Tuff Shine Tire Brush, large Wheel Woolie (wells only), Montana Boars Hair Wheel Brush, and the Wheel Woolie paint brush to clean the whole wheel and rotor hats. Wheel Bright makes the rotor hats look brand new - it's really the only place where I use this product.

When I see a "detailed car", first thing I look at is the wheel barrels and rotor hats. If they aren't glowing - it's a 2nd rate job to me.

In this picture you can see a Rubbermaid Professional Spray bottle with UWW+ and an AG wheel towel sitting on it - in the reflection to your left:

So, this was my first time using BF MS over BFWD. I was pretty amazed by it. The car was FILTHY! It had chunks of dirt stuck all around the wheel wells, etc.. But, I foamed it with a rather aggressive no-touch snow foam (Bilt Hamber), then washed it with Wolfgang Shampoo - the slickness was still there - and it was still beading very well. I just added another coat of MS for good measure.

BF = Good Stuff.

Thanks for looking.

Looks great. It is a great combo. That was a nice road trip, but 1000 miles in the rain, you didn't need.
