best way to use Tarminator?

spray it on a dirty vehicle and wash it off-or spray on a clean vehicle and wipe it off? BTW i found it at my local PepBoys for $2.50 a can:)
 
if you look at stoners ads, they always usually have pep boys mentioned in them. tarminator i've only found to be at pep boys, and reasonably priced at that. i always spray the front bumper first, before to loosen up the bugs, tar, road grime, etc... then i'll hose/spray (takes most of it off), then take a bug & tar wipe and gently remove whatever's left (usually glides right off).
 
FWIW, I always wash the car first and use it on what didn't come off during the wash. I have heard of people presoaking panels in it before a wash, when the car is disgusting :)
