Best way to clean interior

I have heard that you shouldn't use Armorall on the inside of you car as it has something in it that eats away at the dash plastic. So, I went out and got some 303 Aerospace protectant and was told to use a soap and water mix to clean then the 303 to protect. Is this a good way to clean the interior? And if so, what cleaning products do you recommend?
 
I like APC at around 10:1, it really cleans a lot up. I spray with APC, wipe down then spray with water and wipe down to make sure I get everything up.
 
Go to the 303 site. It contains a mild cleaner so unless the dash/plastic is uber filthy it will do the job all on its own.
 
Gotta Clean, I would recommend M39,M40, PB'S NL, or APC.

Poor mans method, Nice and warm water in a bowl or small pail, drop a bar of plain old dove in it, move it around a little till the water becomes a little bit cloudy. Remove the bar, Use a microfiber or cotton terry cloth towel to wipe the surface down, a small soft brush will help in crevices.
